Pope's Golf sells for more than Schumi's Ferrari

A Ferrari previously owned by Formula One race car driver Michael Schumacher being auctioned off on Ebay would probably get everyone placing a bid, right? Apparently not.

Ebay was forced to withdraw a specially equipped Ferrari 550 Maranello, that was previously owned by Schumacher, after it wasn't able to reach the asking price. What was the highest bid? Only a mere £50,000. People from Ebay said that the item had to be dropped because it caused so little interest.

A Ferrari that causes little interest? And the kicker? A VW Golf that was previously owned (but not driven) by the current Pope Benedict XVI was auctioned off for £126,360.
