Official concept drawing of new Robust pickup revealed

For a few months now, we've been hearing about a certain pickup being developed by Volkswagen. Internally called the Robust, it will be developed for emerging markets and possibly the US market (small chance for the latter, though). Up until now, we only know the Robust pickup by it's Hilux façade. That changes today, however, as a concept drawing of the Robust was revealed at an event in Argentina called ExpoAgro.

As drawings go, it doesn't reveal much, except for the overall shape, which is reminiscent of a smaller, less boxier Honda Ridgeline due to that sloping part of the roof. In reality, the Robust may just be like those old Rabbit-based pickups from years past. Honestly, we don't know. If the old spy photos are to go by, then it looks to be a hell of a lot bigger than a Rabbit-based pickup.
